Ahh, refreshing=) Water's good for the health, it keeps us hydrated, makes the body's metabolism faster and it replaces the water loss from sweat.
I always water, juice and fresh low fat milk. However occasionally, I get to drink sodas and wines.
Alright then, I'll go do my other stuffs first then blog again if there's something interesting or if I feel like it. haha;)
