Now, there's a typhoon in the Philippines called Typhoon Frank ( now its name is a boy because they said its a strong typhoon usually the typhoons in Philippines are named after a girl.) and the tail of Typhoon Frank is being felt in Brunei; that explains the heavy rains and thunders at night. According to the news, Typhoon Frank is very Unpredictable. Plus, there's a flood in Missisipi.
